Acceptable Use Policy
What can and cannot be launched through TeleGain so Telegram automation does not become abuse.
Operators, workspace owners and support
Summary
- Allowed use means lawful campaigns with a clear purpose, known datasets, controlled pacing and truthful results.
- False reports, phishing, harassment, illegal goods, ban evasion and use of private data without rights are prohibited.
- When peer_flood, spamblock, bans, complaints or risk signals appear, the operator must reduce scale, stop the launch or move the case to manual review.
Allowed scenarios
Acceptable use means controlled Telegram campaigns where the operator understands the dataset source, outreach purpose, limits, selected accounts and expected outcome.
Examples include work with owned channels and communities, account quality checks, collection of open data within source rules, and reactions or comments where they are appropriate and do not violate platform rules.
Prohibited scenarios
TeleGain must not be used for spam, phishing, deception, threats, harassment, illegal goods, mass ban evasion, attacks on competitors or false reports through Reporter.
Operators must not upload session files they have no right to use, mix data across workspaces, hide dataset origin or contact recipients they have no right to contact.
Abuse controls
The panel may apply limits, cooldown, manual review, module kill switch, unsafe-launch stop, provider block or workspace restriction when it detects abuse risk.
Restrictions should be visible to the operator with a reason: what was stopped, which accounts were affected, what can be retried later and what requires manual decision.
