Data, Export and Deletion

Data retention rules: what can be exported, how deletion requests work and how support access is constrained.

Operators, workspace owners and support

  • Workspace data is retained as needed for panel operation, truthful evidence, security, support and lawful requirements.
  • After access expires, heavy Telegram assets may be cleaned after a 30-day retention window, while the operator user account is not automatically deleted.
  • Export should be completed before cleanup. Deletion requests do not remove minimal audit records needed for security or dispute handling.

Retention periods

Active operational data is kept while it is needed for accounts, proxies, jobs, logs, artifacts, support and result verification. Temporary files and stale artifacts should be covered by cleanup procedures.

After access expires, TeleGain may clean Telegram accounts, session files, avatars and temporary artifacts after 30 days of retention. The operator user account and minimal security records are not removed by that procedure.

Data export

An operator may export data they can access when their role and subscription status allow that action. Export must return only data from the current workspace.

Session archives, job results and artifacts must not be exposed to support or another workspace without explicit access rights.

Data deletion

A deletion request may cover accounts, session assets, datasets, artifacts, prompts or operator data. Before deletion, the operator should understand which jobs and result evidence will become unavailable.

Some audit records, security events and minimal administrative records may be retained longer when needed for security, disputes, access accounting or lawful requirements.

Support access

Support may help with export, access recovery or deletion only within its role. Support actions must be limited to the relevant workspace and written to the audit trail.

If there is suspected leakage, workspace mixing or unintended access to a session archive, launch paths should be stopped until the review is complete.
